The Pillars of Goal Setting in Coaching:


1. Get them Painting a Vivid Mental Picture:
Instead of just stating the importance of goal setting, use evocative language to paint a picture of its transformative power. Describe how setting meaningful goals can be the:
- Compass guiding clients through life’s fog: Clarify direction, navigate challenges, and find fulfilment.
- Spark igniting their inner fire: Fuel motivation, overcome inertia, and chase dreams with passion.
- Sculpting tool shaping their ideal life: Craft a vision they can strive towards, brick by purposeful brick.
